RML is offering a new Referral & Sign-on Bonus for Patient Care Technicians effective April 1, 2019. Any employee who refers a PCT to RML is eligible to receive a referral bonus of $500, and the new PCT will receive a sign-on bonus as well.
Both the Referral and Sign-On bonus will be paid in two installments;
$250 at six months and $250 at 1 year.DOUBLE Bonus
Participants* in this program between April 1, 2019 and September 30, 2019, will be entered in a drawing to be held December 30, 2019. The winners will Split an Additional $1,000!If you are a referring employee, please complete a referral form available in HR or on ADP and ask the candidate you referred to list you on their application.
*Participants in DOUBLE Bonus are the current employee and the referred employee. The pair are entered in the drawing together. The referred employee must receive and accept an offer of employment by September 30, 2019. The more candidates you refer, the more chances you have to DOUBLE your bonus!If either of the participants terminate prior to December 30, 2019 neither are eligible to participate in the drawing. If during the one-year period the new employee and the employee who made the referral terminate employment for any reason, the referral or sign-on bonus will not be paid.
