Visitor Policy
At RML, we believe visitors play an important role in a patient’s recovery. Friends and family are encouraged to visit their loved ones while helping us maintain a safe and healing environment for all.
Visiting Hours
Daily: 8:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Visitor Guidelines
- A maximum of two (2) visitors may be in a patient’s room at one time.
- Children age 13 and older may visit when accompanied by a supervising adult.
- Children under age 13 are not permitted at this time due to increased upper respiratory infections and mask compliance challenges.
Mask Requirement
During the winter COVID/RSV/Influenza season, all visitors are required to wear a mask in patient rooms at all times.
During Patient Care
To allow our staff to provide the best possible care, visitors may be asked to step out of the room during certain care activities. Family waiting rooms are available on each unit for your convenience.
RML is a Zero Tolerance Hospital
Staff have the right to be always treated with dignity and respect without the risk of threatening behavior or violence.
This behavior will not be tolerated towards our staff and will result in offenders being asked to leave.
