RML’s experienced team provides the highest quality care for patients with complex conditions as well as emotional and spiritual support for both patients and families.
Led by physicians who are on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week, RML’s team includes experienced nurses, respiratory therapists, rehabilitation therapists (physical, occupational and speech), psychologists, pharmacists, dietitians, social workers, chaplains, patient care technicians, care coordinators, and patient ambassadors.
Each patient is assigned a care coordinator who serves as the liaison with the healthcare team and assists with insurance issues and discharge options as needed. In addition, RML’s patient ambassadors touch base regularly with patients and family members to make sure that RML is meeting patients’ and families’ needs and expectations throughout their hospital stay.
